Other: Possibly the Lewis Leath who appears on the 1860 Early County, Georgia, Census, b abt 1834, with wife Margaret 18 and child Martha 10/12.  If so, he is the son of William C. Leath (b abt 1804 in Virginia, and Martha //)  There is a William Leath 24, b Georgia, on the 1860 Coffee County Census, a farm laborer in the household of Benjamin Paschal.  I believe he is also the R. L. Leath, 44, with wife Martha 22, son John W. 4, and Elizabeth Kilpatrick 79, mother-in-law, on the 1880 Meriwether County, Georgia, Census, who is listed b in Georgia, father b in Virginia.
