"The dates of the Morgan Bros.store are uncertain. This picture shows Martin's next door (presumably Martin's Drug Store) which dates the photo after 1905. Evidently the store is where the Pea River Genealogy and Historical Society library is now. The store closed before 1915 when the Morgans moved to Montgomery. The Morgan Bros. were my grandfather, John Robert (Bob) Morgan and Sam Morgan, two of six sons of James Jackson Morgan and Rebecca Ellen Coffee Morgan. The man standing on the left in the picture is Robert (Bob) Morgan, next to him is his daughter Emma Lee Morgan who later married Wm. Ward. The girl on the right in unidentified. I would appreciate further information on the store and this family."
