We
had a good turnout for the Sesquicentennial events. Several of our members
marched in the parade up Dexter Avenue to the Capitol to watch the reenactment
of President Davis's inauguration. There was a
great spirit of pride and fellowship as we joined with attendees from all over
Dixie to memorialize this important event in our Confederate history.
