We always appreciate courtesy and promotional links, however, do not "hot link" or link directly to any of our images or backgrounds. Doing so constitutes an illegal theft of our resources, and you will be held liable. If you see a graphic or background that you want individually (rather than as part of a set), let us know and we will either give it to you (in the case of linkware backgrounds) or license it to you. 

Generally speaking, we are not concerned with the type of site you use our sets on. We are website designers, not censors. 

CUSTOM WEBSITES

      Custom sets, when purchased, belong to you and you alone. We reserve the right to use a graphic illustration of the sold set or any components thereof for promotional purposes, however, it will not be downloadable to others, nor will it be resold. We request that you include the link back to our site which is provided in your set, and that you e-mail us with your URL so that we can see what you've done with it; however, this is not required. All components of custom sites are designed to your specifications and are priced according to the time and resources involved. 

EXCLUSIVE SETS

      Exclusive sets, when licensed, are for your use, and yours alone. As soon as we receive your payment, your set will be withdrawn from our offerings. We reserve the right to include a graphic illustration of the sold set or any components thereof for promotional purposes, however, it will not be downloadable to others, nor will it be resold. 
      Your license entitles you to use the set on your own personal or commercial website. We request that you include the link back to our site which is provided in your set, and that you e-mail us with your URL so that we can see what you've done with it; however, this is not required. All exclusive sets come with blank banners and buttons; you may customize these yourself, or we will customize two banners and up to 10 buttons for you at no additional charge. Any other customization or alterations you request will be charged separately. You may rearrange or alter the components of these sets if you wish, however, you are not authorized to resell or redistribute them in any form. You may not pass them off as your own, or include them in any CD or other product for resale or distribution; nor are you allowed to resell or redistribute the set itself. 
      Your payment for the purchase of an exclusive set constitutes an agreement to abide by our Terms of Service. 

STOCK SETS

      Stock sets are non-exclusive licenseware. Your license entitles you to use the set on your own personal or commercial website. We request that you include the link back to our site which is provided in your set, and that you e-mail us with your URL so that we can see what you've done with it; however, this is not required. All stock sets come with blank banners and buttons; you may customize these yourself, or we will customize one banner and up to 5 buttons for you at no additional charge. Any other customization or alterations you request will be charged separately. You may rearrange or alter the components of these sets if you wish, however, you are not authorized to resell or redistribute them in any form. You may not pass them off as your own, or include them in any CD or other product for resale or distribution; nor are you allowed to resell or redistribute the set itself.

FREE GOODIES (LINKWARE)

      Our free linkware is not limited to personal websites. Commercial and any other for-profit sites are welcome to use these sets. We require that you include the link back to our site which is provided in your free set, and that you e-mail us with your URL so that we can see what you've done with it. Because these sets are free, regrettably we cannot customize any of the graphics (unless you want to hire us to do so). All sets have a blank banner and button that you can customize yourself to suit your needs. You may rearrange or alter the components of these sets if you wish, however, you are not authorized to resell or redistribute them in any form. You may not pass them off as your own, or include them in any CD or other product for resale or distribution. 
      Your request for a free set constitutes an agreement to abide by our Terms of Service. 

GRAPHICS

      Graphics which you contract with us to create belong to you. We reserve the right to use any such graphics, including ones to which you hold copyright, for purposes of illustrating or promoting our work. We will not, under any circumstances, resell such graphics. 
      All other graphics, including those that are included in exclusive, stock, and free (linkware) sets, belong to us, and you do not have permission to resell or redistribute them in any way, including but not limited to offering them for download or  including them in e-mail stationary.

All Moonpie Graphics sets were created from original artwork, public domain artwork and graphics, and graphics which the originator has given permission to include in such sets. Every effort has been made to ensure that no copyrighted images or restricted use images are included in our sets. If you find an image that we are not authorized to use, please let us know and it will be immediately withdrawn.
